Warmed up well on bouldering wall. Did frenchies better than last week, completed both sets but could still feel DOMS. Sacked off the leg lifts. Need a progression for those. Pyramid felt good, mostly overhanging, several onsights at the high end. Even a couple of falls for practise.
Could do better: recovery drink and food before session. Nothing since soup for lunch.
Breathing was good but missed a couple of holds on the 6c+ and pumped out on final move
